1. Agreement to Terms & Apple EULA

These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms", "EULA") govern your access to and use of Chakratic Shift: Affirmations ("Application", "App") provided by Jeong Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Chakratic Shift, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. License Grant & Restrictions

Jeong Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Chakratic Shift on any Apple-branded mobile device running iOS or iPadOS that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Usage Rules.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, deconstruct, or attempt to extract the source code or proprietary acoustic synthesis algorithms of Chakratic Shift.
• Extract, record, distribute, broadcast, or commercialize the synthesized Solfeggio soundscape audio files or Sanskrit verbal affirmation pools.
• Circumvent or tamper with StoreKit 2 verification, paywall checks, or App Group data sandboxes.
• Sublicense, lease, rent, or distribute the application to third parties.

3. Subscriptions & Billing (Guideline 3.1.2)

In accordance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 3.1.2, full details regarding Chakratic Shift Pro pricing, billing frequencies, and terms are transparently disclosed below:

*Pricing is listed in USD for the United States App Store. Prices in other territories may vary based on Apple’s local App Store tier matrix and local taxes.

Auto-Renewal Terms: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the current billing cycle. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.

4. 3-Day Free Trial Rules

The Annual Shift tier includes a complimentary 3-day introductory trial giving you unrestricted access to all 7-Chakra affirmations, Solfeggio acoustic tones, widgets, and Archetypes.

• No Immediate Charge: Your Apple ID account will not be charged when you start your 3-day trial.
• Automatic Billing: At the conclusion of the 3-day trial, your subscription will automatically convert into a recurring annual plan billed at $69.99 USD/year, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the 3 days elapse.
• Trial Forfeiture: Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited if you purchase a subscription prior to trial conclusion.

5. How to Cancel & Manage Billing

You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your iOS device. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Chakratic Shift Pro features through the end of the current paid billing period or trial.

6. Restore Purchases & Refunds

Restoring Purchases

If you upgrade your device, reinstall the app, or use an additional iPad or iPhone with the same Apple ID, you can restore your entitlement at any time:

1. Open Chakratic Shift.
2. Go to Settings or open the Pro Paywall.
3. Tap Restore Purchases. Your purchase will be verified on-device via StoreKit 2 and instantly unlocked.

Refund Requests

Because all billing is handled exclusively through Apple Media Services, Jeong Inc. does not have the technical ability or legal authorization to process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit Apple's official refund portal at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

7. Health & Medical Disclaimer

The affirmations, Solfeggio acoustic soundscapes, and Identity Archetype frameworks provided in the app are designed solely for stress relaxation, cognitive priming, and focus. Never substitute content in Chakratic Shift for professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice. If you experience distress, severe anxiety, depression, auditory discomfort, vertigo, or have a medical condition such as epilepsy, discontinue audio playback immediately and consult a certified healthcare professional.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to Chakratic Shift—including software code, audio synthesizer implementations, 7-Chakra Sanskrit verbal key progressions, Blooming Lotus graphics, UI layouts, and trademarks—are the exclusive intellectual property of Jeong Inc. and protected by international intellectual property law. You receive only a limited license to use the app in accordance with these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CHAKRATIC SHIFT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. JEONG INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JEONG INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE CHAKRATIC SHIFT. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE APPLICATION IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS OR $50.00 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to attempt informal resolution of any dispute with Jeong Inc. by contacting [email protected] for at least thirty (30) days before commencing formal litigation or arbitration.
